Historic Walk For Peace

Name’s Blue Media had the honor of witnessing and documenting a truly historic and humbling movement — the Walk for Peace, a 120-day, 2,300-mile journey by Buddhist monks, accompanied by their loyal dog, Aloka, walking from Fort Worth, Texas to Washington, D.C. to raise awareness of peace, loving kindness, and compassion across America and the world.

This powerful moment was captured at the newly built and still-developing Trilith Studios. Despite the cold weather, hundreds of people from diverse ethnicities, faith backgrounds, and walks of life — including families and pets — gathered respectfully to bear witness to this movement.

This movement reminds us that peace does not arrive through force or noise, but through intention, humility, and action. It is not about who leads the walk, but who it is for — the people who need kindness the most, the communities searching for healing, and a nation navigating one of the most unprecedented periods in a generation.

As storytellers, our role was not to frame this moment — but to honor it. To bear witness. To document a quiet yet powerful call to remember our shared humanity.

We extend our deepest respect to this movement and gratitude for the opportunity to capture a moment that challenges us all to slow down, listen, and choose compassion — not just for a day, but for the journey ahead.
