    1) Meet Randy A. Waczkowski | Executive Director/CEO of Name’s Blue Media

    Date: May 24, 2023

Hi Randy A., do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?

An individual’s best habit is not only consistency, but also an openness to learning. Learning does not always have to come from one’s own mistakes or experiences, but also from that of others. I have learned most of what I know about this industry from shadowing others, observing what works and what does not work, and taking note of what I learn. Many people believe that their knowledge is the best since it is what has brought them to this point, but I disagree, there is always room for new knowledge to be gained.” - Magazine Feature

With community leaders, business owners, and residents gathered, the event provided an opportunity to reflect on our achievements, highlight key priorities, and share our vision for the path ahead.
