In the context of a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Request for Information (RFI), any pricing or service information provided is non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise within a formally executed proposal, quotation, or contract approved by authorized representatives of both parties.

Final pricing, scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and staffing levels are subject to:

• Review of official solicitation documents

• Clarification of project requirements

• Compliance with applicable procurement policies and procedures

• Negotiation and mutual agreement

• Issuance of a written contract, purchase order, or notice to proceed

Submission of a response to an RFP, RFQ, or RFI does not obligate Name’s Blue Media to perform services, nor does it obligate the issuing agency or organization to award a contract.

Any retainer structures, service packages, or estimated investment ranges referenced are provided as conceptual frameworks and may be modified to align with solicitation requirements, budgetary constraints, compliance standards, reporting obligations, and approval processes.

Name’s Blue Media reserves the right to:

• Withdraw or revise pricing and service structures prior to contract execution

• Clarify assumptions or scope during evaluation or negotiation

• Decline engagements that do not align with operational capacity or compliance requirements

No services shall commence, and no costs shall be incurred, until all required procurement steps have been satisfied and a fully executed agreement or authorized notice to proceed has been issued.
