Revision Policy Acknowledgment

Please review and agree to the following terms before submitting your media request:

Included revision rounds

The base project fee includes three rounds of minor revisions to the first delivered draft.

Minor revisions are defined as: text or title changes, color tweaks, trimming or adjusting up to 30 seconds of footage per video, small audio level adjustments, or graphic fixes that do not require new filming or major restructuring.

Additional revisions

Any revision requests beyond the included 3 rounds or those that qualify as major revisions will incur additional charges as outlined below.

Major revisions include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes that require new filming, re‑shoots, or additional production days.

  • Script or storyboard rewrites affecting more than roughly one‑fifth of the originally approved content.

  • New location changes, new talent, or major formatting changes not agreed upon in the original scope.

  • Additional fees and timelines for major revisions will be provided in writing when such requests are made.

Feedback timing

To keep projects on schedule, clients agree to provide consolidated feedback within three business days of receiving each draft.

Name’s Blue Media will deliver each minor revision within five business days of receiving consolidated feedback.

If feedback is delayed past these windows, the schedule may be adjusted, and further delays could result in additional fees or an updated delivery date.

Auto‑approval clause

Suppose no consolidated feedback is received within five business days after the second revision round. In that case, the most recently delivered version will be considered final and approved, and the project will move to completion and delivery.

Scope, cost, and timeline impact

Clients acknowledge that any changes outside the agreed scope—especially after the third revision round—may affect both costs and timelines.

Name’s Blue Media will provide a clear estimate of any added costs or schedule changes before proceeding with additional work.

Acceptance

By checking the box and submitting this Media Request Form, the requester confirms understanding and agreement with the terms of this Revision Policy.

This acknowledgment is incorporated into the project’s scope and any subsequent service agreement or invoice.
